Marilicious Approved: Clarins Double Serum

Clarins Double Serum Review /

This Clarins Double Serum is such a pleasant surprise! Clarins has reformulated their original Double Serum, removing the mineral oil base. Way to go, now I can try it with no risk of breaking out 😉

What is Clarins Double Serum?

It is a serum that combines together a water-based and an oily serum, super packed with 21 powerful anti-aging plants, that basically does everything you want a skincare product to do. The Clarins Double Serum acts on the 5 functions of the skin: hydration, elasticity, radiance, wrinkles, pores. It’s a one-stop shop for flawless youthful skin, whatever your skin type and your needs. Approved.

Plus it comes in a pump. I’m a happy cookie.

The cherry on top of the cake is that you can choose how much product you want released from that pump with 2 drop sizes. So you can customize to your needs without wasting product. Kudos.

I have set mine on “small drop” and use 2 pumps of products, am and pm. It is the perfect amount of serum for me to cover face & neck.

From the minimum to the maximum amount of product released: 1 small drop, 1 large drop, 2 small drops, 2 large drops).

Although yes buying the Clarins Double Serum is an investment ($122 for 1.7 oz / 50 ml), I have had and used mine for 2 months and as you can see in the picture above, I am half way through the bottle. So a total of 4 months of product twice a day, for that level of quality, if you have $122 to spend, spend them on this, we only have one skin. It basically comes down to 50 cents each time you use the serum, it’s a no brainer.

Texture:

The Clarins Double Serum has a very light texture that gets absorbed by the skin immediately. Perfect for all climates.

For which skin types?

All skin types, all ages, all ethnicities. Love.
